Delft Christmas party
HOPE Cape Town Association focusses on providing community based services in respect of HIV/AIDS and TB. As such we appoint and train Community Health Workers to work at local day hospitals and clinics and we also have a medical doctor who treats patients at Delft clinic.
Every year we host a Christmas party for all the families attending the Delft ARV Clinic and this party is something that all the children and parents look forward to. The day finally came on 2 December 2011 and the children were treated to face painting, jumping castles, dance competitions, music and of course father Christmas. There was a special present for every child and it was fantastic to see a smile on every little face. Each parent and child also received lunch, a cold drink and an ice cream. We want to thank Polar Ice Cream for their donation of ice cream for the party. What a treat!!! Thank you also to the staff of HOPE Cape Town who worked so hard to make this day a success, especially Dr. Sadeeka Williams who arranged and coordinated this function.
